IMMFA Money Market Insight™
IMMFA Money Market Insight™ reports month-end fund performance for the universe of triple-A-rated funds marketed by members of the Institutional Money Market Funds Association. It tracks the assets, performance and liquidity profiles of some 150 Triple-A-rated, UCITS-registered prime and government money-market mutual funds which are available to non-U.S. investors and denominated in U.S. dollars, euros and pounds sterling. Comprehensive monthly statistical information is presented for both stable and accumulating net asset value funds that follow some of the U.S. industry standards (SEC Rule 2a-7) for quality, maturity and diversification. Funds most recently reporting to IMMFA MMI are domiciled in Ireland, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom and France.

- iMoneyNet Money Fund Averages™ - U.S. dollar, Euro and Sterling Prime and Government fund averages are shown for one month, year-to-date and 1-year net returns; weighted average maturities and weighted average life/weighted average final maturity; and liquidity profiles showing the percentage of holdings maturing in one day up to a year or more. Separate averages are shown for stable and accumulating NAV funds by currency. IMMFA Offshore Averages are ideal for benchmarking your fund’s performance and are available for indexing short-term cash by banks and other financial institutions through iMoneyNet Trademark Licensing Program.
- Asset Trends - Track month-end total portfolio and regular assets for U.S. dollar, euro and sterling Prime and Government fund universes and for various subcategories to determine how your fund and fund complex are faring in gaining and retaining investor cash.
- WAM, WAL/WAFM - Study these weighted averages to gauge how different portfolio managers assess future interest-rate changes and are applying those projections to securities-purchasing decisions. Use the appropriate category average to position your fund.
- Net Returns - View the monthly, year-to-date, and 1-year net annualized returns as of month-end to compare performance to competing funds in your fund’s category.
- Ratings – See which of three rating agencies (Standard & Poor’s, Moody’s Investors Service or Fitch Ratings) has assigned a top triple-A rating to each of the surveyed funds.
